Bookkeeping support shaped around your business.

Some businesses need a dependable monthly close. Others need cleanup before the reports can be trusted. RNB scopes the work around the books you have, the work your business creates, and the information you need from them.

Monthly bookkeeping

Keep the books current and understandable.

Ongoing bookkeeping creates a dependable monthly rhythm so financial records stay useful throughout the year.

  • QuickBooks Online bookkeeping
  • Transaction review and categorization
  • Bank and credit-card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
  • Journal entries, adjustments, and month-end close
  • Financial statements with plain-language review
Scope: Monthly, hourly, or project arrangements can be structured around transaction volume, account count, reporting needs, and the condition of the books.
Catch-up and cleanup

Repair the history before relying on the reports.

Cleanup work addresses books that are behind, unreconciled, duplicated, misclassified, or structurally confusing.

  • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts
  • Review opening balances and legacy accounts
  • Correct duplicate, uncategorized, and misposted activity
  • Review chart-of-accounts structure
  • Resolve stale receivables and payables where supporting information is available
  • Prepare the books for an ongoing monthly process and year-end handoff
Payroll support

Keep payroll aligned with the books.

Payroll support focuses on accurate posting, liabilities, worker records, and keeping payroll activity connected to the general ledger.

  • QuickBooks Payroll support
  • Employee and contractor pay calculations within the engagement scope
  • Payroll journal entries and reconciliation
  • Payroll liability tracking and reporting support
  • 1099 support
  • Owner-payroll bookkeeping for S corporations where applicable
Project and job tracking

See the work at the level you manage it.

For contractors and project-based businesses, income and direct costs can be organized around jobs so the books better reflect how the business operates.

  • Project setup and transaction assignment
  • Job-costing structure
  • Materials, subcontractor, and equipment-cost tracking
  • Project-level review inside QuickBooks Online when appropriate
Reporting support

Prepare financial information that is easier to evaluate.

Reporting support organizes financial statements and supporting schedules for owners, tax professionals, lenders, and other legitimate business needs.

  • Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows
  • Month-by-month and year-to-date comparisons
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging
  • Liquidity-focused review
  • Supporting schedules
  • Plain-language explanation of material changes and trends

Bookkeeping support prepares and organizes financial information; it does not guarantee financing or replace services that require a CPA, attorney, or other licensed professional.

Pricing

Pricing built around the work.

Not every business needs the same amount of bookkeeping. Ready Now Bookkeeping does not force clients into preset packages. The scope is defined first, then the fee is matched to the work the business actually needs.

Monthly bookkeeping

Recurring monthly rates are based on the actual workload: transaction volume, number of bank and credit-card accounts, reconciliations, AP/AR involvement, payroll-related work, reporting needs, and the overall complexity of the books.

Cleanup, catch-up & setup

Project work is reviewed separately so the condition of the books and the amount of correction, reconstruction, or setup can be understood before a price is quoted.

Hourly work

Hourly service is available when the work is better handled by time rather than a recurring monthly arrangement, including targeted support, troubleshooting, and defined short-term tasks.

No package padding. The goal is to define what your business needs, agree on the work, and establish a fee that reflects that scope rather than charging for services you do not use.

How remote bookkeeping works

Professional access without an onsite bookkeeper.

Cloud accounting and direct communication make the work accessible while preserving the owner’s control of the business.

QuickBooks Online workspace

The owner and bookkeeper can work in the same company file with access controlled by user permissions.

Read-only financial access

When supported by the financial institution, read-only access provides information for review and reconciliation without authority to move client money.

Electronic documents

Statements, invoices, receipts, and supporting records can be exchanged securely and attached to transactions where appropriate.

Video when conversation helps

Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, WhatsApp video, or another agreed option can turn a report review or complicated question into a direct conversation without travel.

Quick communication

Email, phone, text, and WhatsApp support routine questions and follow-up while sensitive financial information remains in the appropriate secure system.

A repeatable monthly process

Gather information, reconcile accounts, review exceptions, document corrections, prepare reports, and explain what deserves attention.

AccessibleMultiple ways to communicate without waiting for an office visit.
EfficientLess travel and paper handling means more of the engagement can focus on the books.
ReliableA dedicated office, high-speed fiber, cloud tools, and documented processes support continuity.
