About Ready Now Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping built around the small-business owner.

Ready Now Bookkeeping was created to provide affordable local and remote bookkeeping for owners who are specialists in running and building their businesses—and who want a competent bookkeeper keeping the financial record accurate, current, and useful.

The goal is not to turn an owner into a bookkeeper. It is to give the owner dependable books, clearer financial information, and a professional resource to handle the bookkeeping work with care.

The RNB approach

Useful books throughout the year.

Bookkeeping should do more than satisfy a year-end requirement. Accurate records help an owner understand cash flow, receivables, payables, debt, operating costs, project activity, and the overall condition of the business while there is still time to act.

RNB combines bookkeeping fundamentals, QuickBooks Online expertise, disciplined review, and direct communication so the financial record supports the business instead of becoming another problem the owner has to manage.

Accurate

Transactions, balances, and supporting records are reviewed with attention to the accounting behind them.

Informative

Reports are organized to help the owner see what changed and what deserves attention.

Practical

Scope follows the condition of the books and the needs of the business rather than forcing every client into the same package.

Accessible

Remote tools and direct communication make professional bookkeeping available without requiring an onsite bookkeeper.

About Jeff Patterson

A bookkeeper who understands that every transaction came from something the business actually did.

My bookkeeping work is supported by a broader background in small-business operations, QuickBooks technical support, systems and reporting, inventory, customer service, and administrative support. That experience helps me look beyond the software screen when a transaction, balance, or workflow does not make sense.

Operations and inventoryRetail, delivery, customer-service, and inventory responsibilities reinforced how purchasing, records, physical activity, and financial data connect.
